Still one dream left!

Over the past few years, our team at Crossminds has worked hard to build the dream of making Crossminds a consultancy firm to be reckoned with. With offices in Rotterdam, Goes, and Breda, and a substantial team, it can be concluded that this dream has largely become a reality.

In the past years, through trial and error, I have also learned that not everything revolves around entrepreneurship, and that by constantly focusing on it, you can lose some of the joy in entrepreneurship. I have now found a different balance for myself, which has allowed me to develop new energy, new creativity, and achieve a much better balance between entrepreneurship and enjoyment.

I am convinced that you can achieve more in entrepreneurship with less effort and more fun. I want to help entrepreneurs with this in my own way. Sometimes, if it fits both parties, I am willing to take it a step further and the fun(ding) aspect comes into play. If there is a need for a more intensive form of collaboration, participation in your business is negotiable.

Building something entirely my own once more is now my dream. With Easeconsult, I am going to realize this dream. I am starting with this as of now.

Does this mean I am completely ending my work for Crossminds?

No, that is not the case. I have thoroughly discussed my intentions with the management team. The collaboration has always been excellent, and we will continue to work together in some areas. I will continue to serve current and recently acquired clients for Crossminds. These clients will receive the same level of service and care they are used to.

I am also grateful to the management team for their understanding and delighted that I can still collaborate with the fantastic Crossminds team on my projects.
